I have no symptoms of athlete's foot and blisters. It Does anybody know if this is a form of addiction? Once I was a runner and never had this kind of experience. Also I bought these shoes MBT impressive and I'm done with socks for the operation. So my toes begin to tingle and almost feel numb. I have varicose veins, supplemented with in order to ensure excellent. I would like to hear ideas.

  4. I experienced the same thing. This is usually on when I start quickly on the Crosstrainer (or a treadmill, etc.) in my gym that I started feeling go. I was wondering what it is ..... This is what I have my shoes too tight or poor circulation or something else? I tie my shoes are too cowardly and expensive running shoes and no blisters or athlete's foot. It's almost like a burning numbness in the heel and toes. I know what it is. Obviously, it is more common than I thought. I am a healthy weight, never had any problems and I'm in my early 30s. I worked so inactive over the past two years since I had twins at the end of 2003, but I've always been very active then and now. I remember a problem like this before now. If you slow down a lot on the computer, the problem disappears. As I mentioned, I have other cardiovascular problems or health problems.

I def. I do not think that this should not stretch before or afterexercise. I wonder if I'm lacking in certain vitamins or minerals. Unfortunetly, they have no insurance at this time, go to the doctor, is not in my plans for today.

I recently found a shoe store reputation and have a high arch. I do not know if it's something that could contribute to the problem.

I hope someone posts some good ideas for this problem!
