It depends really given by the proportion of opalescence, but was usually 20%. For instructions to wear the trays during the night (6-8 hours). But using Opalescence 15% gel and use for about 30 minutes (I can not do much because I) are very sensitive, and after about 3 (used 3 days) I'm bright and white. And here are the instructions: Create a "weakness" of the gel in each tooth "on the shelves. Put them in the teeth and rub the gel around. Clean added to the gel, are around the gums with a tissue, Q tip or your finger (if from too much gel swells, trying to) with a little less gel next time. It is important to clean the excess rubber gel ... do not use after all that bleach and bleach your gums. After 4-6 hours is, remove the trays and teeth brushing as usual - the gel is sticky to the teeth. Rinse your dishes in cold water (not hot or cold - as well as warp and ruin your expensive CUSTOM bleach trays) after rinsing the dry plates to air dry.
